Year Band Labels - (End Tab Folder Year Labels)

Use these end tab year labels to color code file folders or patient charts. The Yearband Labels typically used to help identify older patient charts for archiving. 

You should apply a new year label to a chart the first time that patient is seen each year. This will help you easily identify and purge older charts that have not been seen in many years.
